Mark is one of the original founders of  Baymeadows Center for Hope and Healing. Mark a pastoral counselor and Board Certified Christian counselor who holds variety of additional certifications. Mark also serves as Executive Director and Lead Counselor.

Dan has been the driving force behind the development of the Baymeadows Center HOPE365Plus program. Dan is also on the Advisory Board of Teen Challenge Jacksonville and is passionate about helping Americans recover from the chains of adiction.

Deanna is one of the original officers of Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc. Deanna brings to the board years of experience in fiscal responsibility, corporate management, and human resources. Deanna also serves as an advisor to the HOPE365Plus team.

Jody has been an officer of Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc. from the beginning of the ministry. As Executive Administrator, she is involved in every aspect of the ministry. Jody is particularly passionate about foster care as a member of the state foster care team with One More Child / Florida Baptist Childrens Homes. Jody serves as a counseling assistant and

In addition to being an original Board member, Charlotte also serves as Director of Family Programs and Education. Charlotte's brought to Baymeadows Center her passion for the families of those struggling from addiction. Charlotte, as a Certified Mental Health Coach (C-MHC), heads up the Hope&Healing Support Group. Charlotte also serves on the Advisory Board of the Teen Challenge Jacksonville Women's Center.

Julie, an original Board member, brings Baymeadows Center a unique combination of skills, passions, and disciplines. Julie has a Masters degree in counseling,  is the State Director of Foster Care for One More Child , the Founder of Wellsprings Ministries, and a published writer. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is involved in the development of HOPE365Plus.

Stacy is an original Board member and serves Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing as an ethics and policy advisor. Stacy, a member of the National Association of Social Workers, is in private practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Adaption, Trauma and PTSD, and Behavioral issues. Stacy has been a foster care provider and is an adoptive parent.

​Aaron Hoskins is a director for the Florida Baptist Children's Homes and a local Bible teacher.  He has a great passion for seeing the reality of God come alive in the hearts and lives of His created children.  He studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, concentrating in the Old Testament and its relationship to the New Testament—M.Div. and M.A.Th. 

John is an original Board member of Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing. He is a retired Business man, 45 year Master Electrician, and pilot. John has taught children's ministry for generations at Baymeadows Baptist church, where he also serves as deacon. He is the driving force behind the HOPE365Plus career introduction program.

Jeff is a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and has 12 years of experience serving in various pastoral roles in Florida and Georgia. Jeff has a proven track record of serving children and currently serves as the Director of Residential Services for the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches. He has also served as Campus Director of the Jacksonville  campus of One More Child/Florida Baptist Children’s Homes. Jeff has a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Liberty University.

Kaye, now a Director for 2022, has served as Deputy to the President of the Board from nearly the beginning of Baymeadows Center for Hope and Healing. She brings to the Board a level of organization, insight, and overview that is second to none. Kaye is retired from the Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) and currently employed at Baymeadows Baptist Church / Baymeadows Day School.

Pastor Broward is one of the Co-founders of Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc. His vision and dedication to ministry helped frame the organization and inspire its Vision and mission. Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc. (BCHH) has remaining seats to be filled. Our Bylaws call for thirteen (13) Board members and with two current members leaving at the end of 2021, we have four seats to fill for 2022.
